French to English Medical Medical (general)
From a list of blood test results in a patient with thrombocytopenic purpura. It comes under the 'Coagulation' heading

**RAPPORT I.P.T** 90.48
Fibrinémie
Taux de Prothrombine

Earlier in the article the patient had a 'Rapport I.P.T' of 8.76

Hi Liz, the highest I found - though I didn't do an exhaustive search - was in this document. Not quite as high as in my case but much higher than the normal figures quoted, and it does time in with the other thromboelastometry results. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/275218065

Dans certaines pathologies (hypercoagulabilité structurale), ce test est intéressant à pratiquer. Pour les spécialistes, l'indice du potentiel thrombodynamique est obtenu en divisant la valeur de Emx par celle de K.

Les chiffres normaux sont situés entre 5 et 10.

Quand ils sont supérieurs à 12 : on parle d'hypercoagulabilité structurale

Quand ils sont inférieurs à 5 : on parle d'hypocoagulabilité structurale.
