PERU. The undefined abbreviations and weird sui generis fiscal terminology in this job have me on the verge of a nervous breakdown. If anyone out there knows what TM stands for in this context, I'll be extremely grateful.

Thanks, but you go ahead! I don't think it is "tonelada de mercancía" either as Neil suggests, although I could not find much for "tonelada de mercancia". Again, be my guest and put in your proposal. Got to go out!
