It is Arabic but with loan words maybe derived from Grand Neck , drooty it is something similar to deiraty = ديرة = ديرتي= my neighbourhood and Dar Al Naeem a paradise name.

agree Abd Alrahman Almidani : The only puzzling words for me was مأذونية. The rest are names of places in Western Darfur. Are you sure it means "Marriage registrar"?
