Hola a todos! No estoy segura de la traducción de "provided that" en este texto, ya que, a mi parecer, es contradictorio (puede ser "siempre y cuando" o "no obstante"). La primera de las subcláusulas está en presente perfecto, en tanto las siguientes (sólo voy a citar una) están en futuro.
"Upon expiration of this Agreement, the Licensee shall have the non-exclusive right to:
(a) complete any binding contracts then in existence for the supply of licensed products, [hay una coma, no punto y coma]
Provided that
(i) the licensee has not manufactured the licensed products in numbers which exceeds those expected prior to the Termination of this Agreement;
(ii) the Licensee shall continue to account for Royalties on the sale of Licensed Products during the Sell Off Period provided that such royalties accrued shall not be offset against any minimum royalty;
