records or reports ? I think it's reports (laboratory, radiology reports) rather than records (cartelle)

ritiro For "ritiro" I have "pickup" in my glossary, but that was from the days when they did things in person, face-to-face. We just have to find a nice way to phrase this in this new online situation. Maybe "retrieval" would work here ... to me it sounds better than "collection." I think the rest of your sentence is fine; it translates all of what the Italian says and is not too wordy.
