DDR (Daily Delegate Rate)

I agree with Ottavia about the meaning. This term is usually not translated, though and it's commonly used as it is. If the breakdown of costs is indicated it is even more self-explaining. It's more commonly referred to as Daily Delegate Rate (that is the rate including food, beverage, and use of meeting facilities for each participant to a conference or meeting).

pacchetto "Full Day"

Given this definition:
Day Delegate Rate (DDR): Rate charged by a venue per delegate per day based on a full day meeting (https://www.confpeople.co.uk/about-us/glossary)

I would render it as *pacchetto "Full Day"*.

You can find an example in this document (page 2): http://www.ipssarmaffioli.it/varie/hotelvilladolfin/download...

However I've found the source term in Italian websites as well: http://www.thehubhotel.com/it/offerte-dettaglio.php?id=28

I would choose the first option, though. Hope it helps!

Also: *pacchetto "Full Day" per persona* if you want to be more specific
