The names are spelled wrong and Sinthrome is a brand name and coumarin anticoagulants is a family that includes Sinthrome. The answer to be on the same level could be Warfarin (Coumadin®) and Acenocoumarol (Sinthrome®)

I don't know who to agree with, because this is two terms in one question and I think each person may have one correct answer. Drmanu, you haven't explained why you think Saeed's is wrong.
Suzie Withers Jun 10, 2021:
I saw this in a Facebook group today and the response was:

COUM - The coumarin anticoagulants (warfarin and dicumarol) are potent anticoagulants that inhibit the cofactor function of vitamin K. or Coumadin, a brand name of warfarin.

Sint - Sintrom (acenocoumarol)

Not my domain, so I can't vouch for it, but I hope this helps.
