My concern is to translate the ST as is ''Coum/Sint''. As for spelling mistakes, I can't see one. Still, do correct me if I am wrong.
COUM - The coumarin anticoagulants (warfarin and dicumarol) are potent anticoagulants that inhibit the cofactor function of vitamin K. or Coumadin, a brand name of warfarin.
Sint - Sintrom (acenocoumarol)
