: I'm not sure this is ideal, because the meaning of "recordable" isn't obvious, but it's on the right lines. Could it mean "subject to public registration/notarisation"?

Thanks, Phil. I'll include registrable in the glossary entry, as company resolutions usually are in Hispanic countries, as are City of London company meeting vote counts.
