Conglomerado vs compactado Here are two definitions of "suelo conglomerado".

Definición: Suelo conglomerado

Se entenderá por suelo conglomerado cuando se encuentre materiales que deban ser aflojados por métodos ordinarios tales como: palas, picos, con la presencia de bloques rocosos, cuya máxima dimensión se encuentre entre 5 y 60 cm., y supere el 40% del volumen. El suelo conglomerado se caracteriza por presentar una amplia distribución granulométrica que abarca desde grandes bloques de roca hasta material fino arcilloso que compone la matriz en la cual se encuentran inmersos los bloques. En este estudio, la caracterización mecánica del material, es representada mediante los parámetros de resistencia cortante: ángulo de fricción interna (ɸ) y cohesión (c), los cuales han sido estimados mediante la aplicación de relaciones empíricas y la ejecución de ensayos en campo.
