So, it's a list of regulatory documents. Etat des lieux pharmaceutiques eludes me here, though, perhaps a site inspection report, or?

It doesn't have much other context other than it's under the column heading "Does the change have an impact?" and with the answer being Oui, under "Preciser l'impact" the comment is "Modification de l'AMM (manufacturing authorization)"

@Jeff re your latest comment: "état des lieux"'s other habitual translation is of course "inventory of fixtures", in a real estate context. Again, the surplus or missing "s" would confuse matters...

Pleading complete ignorance... of matters pharmaceutical... nevertheless, this strikes me as an odd expression, largely because of the "s" at the end of "pharmaceutiques". Could it be a typo? Then the "weight" of the meaning would tend to tip in favour of a type of "état des lieux" ("inspection report")... ???

... alternatively it would also seemingly make more sense with an "s" at the end of "état"....

Thanks all so far, inventory doesn't seem to make sense at all, despite being accepted as an answer in the proz question. It seems to be detailed information statement about the site/company, what activities they carry out, etc. I don't think it's necessarily what the "status" of the site is, e.g. after an inspection. Perhaps a pharmaceutical site/company information statement?

It's a return giving all sorts of details, like who owns and manages the site, what equipment they have, and what their safety procedures are.
