advisory and dispute resolution body

The DVPT is a GmbH (company with limited liability under German law) - see https://dpvt.org/impressum -, which is why I would avoid terms such as "board", "centre" or "office".

... unless, of course, you translate this sentence as "Furthermore/In addition, the DPVT provides an advisory and dispute resolution service to all companies/businesses of/in the event(s) industry ...".

agree TonyTK : That should do the job.

disagree Andrew Bramhall : The official term is 'conciliation' where "dispute resolution" is concerned.Usually these are boards or services,although 'body' is fine;

The degree of "officialdom" depends on the institution we are talking about, so I wouldn't be as categorical as you seem to be. Either of the terms is used, and there is certainly some leeway with regard to the organisation in question.
agree David Hollywood : works too

Peer comment(s):

neutral Andrew Bramhall : More for US, I think; but not sure of target audience here.

agree Adrian MM. : if, again, AmE is being used as a 'bridging' or relay language into Japanese and there actually is a difference in the language between mediation + conciliation, the latter term not used at all on this website https://idrc.jp/images/home/booklet.pdf

advisory and conciliation body

Conciliation body seems to be a quite common definition of Schlichtungsstelle and then for the other part I believe advisory works quite well here. These are all terms that are in wide use.

In Britain at least
Peer comment(s):

disagree AllegroTrans : No, you cannot "localise" in this way, the term would be meaningless outside UK; a "country-neutral, syntactic, explanatory translation is the only way to go

disagree Steffen Walter : I agree with AllegroTrans' comment. Also, ACAS is an organisation exclusively dedicated to advice, conciliation and arbitration, whereas conciliation/dispute resolution is but one of the many responsibilities of the DPVT mentioned in the context.
