These works will abide by the **country legal diploma** on the implementation of minimum safety and health requirements at temporary or mobile constructions sites.
For European countries where XY is located, project based construction sites must abide by Council Directive on the implementation of minimum safety and health requirements at temporary or mobile construction sites or by the Member State **legal diploma** transposing this Directive, particularly concerning drawing up of a Health and Safety Plan.
For non-European countries where XY is located, if the **country legal diploma** is less restrictive than the European Directive, at least the drawing up of a Health and Safety Plan (HSP) for the working construction phase and the appointment of Health and Safety Coordinator(s) shall be accomplished.
Ich habe mir einstweilen mit dem "gesetzlichen Regelwerk des jeweiligen Landes (bzw. des jeweiligen Mitgliedsstaats)" beholfen, würde aber gerne eure Meinung hierzu einholen.
