How would you translate this as the title of an official document outlining a name change?
It is a document that is issued by a family court detailing the change of name of a child.

This is where I was struggling to find the right term - because I of course can see that 審判 is translated as "ruling", "judgment", or "determination" within sentences all the time, but I couldn't find any examples of the term used on its own as the title of an offical document issued by the Family Court. |
