Gostaria de saber a melhor tradução para RECURSO REPETITIVO no seguinte contexto:
"Em 19.11. 2020, o Presidente da Seção de Direito Público do TJSP proferiu decisão determinando o retorno dos autos para a Turma Julgadora para reexame alegando que o acórdão divergiu de entendimento fixado em RECURSOS REPETITIVOS do STJ."
Encontrei a tradução SPECIAL APPEAL mas não sei se está correta.
Eis a definição de RECURSO REPETITIVO:
Recurso repetitivo, portanto, é aquele que representa um grupo de recursos especiais que tenham teses idênticas, ou seja, que possuam fundamento em idêntica questão de direito.

Recurso repetitivo, portanto, é aquele que representa um grupo de recursos especiais que tenham teses idênticas, ou seja, que possuam fundamento em idêntica questão de direito.
Segundo a legislação processual, cabe ao presidente ou vice-presidente do tribunal de origem selecionar dois ou mais recursos que melhor representem a questão de direito repetitiva e encaminhá-los ao Superior Tribunal de Justiça para afetação, devendo os demais recursos sobre a mesma matéria ter a tramitação suspensa. Após o julgamento e publicação da decisão colegiada sobre o tema repetitivo pelo Superior Tribunal de Justiça a mesma solução será aplicada aos demais processos que estiverem suspensos na origem.
