Is there anybody out there that can help me "decipher" this sentence?
I get the first part, where Lm is the initials of the person in charge of collecting offers/rates/prices from different experts/providers/suppliers.
But the last part makes absolutely no sense to me.
Maybe some fresh eyes on it, because with the amount of spelling errors in this text, my brain is just not capable of "deciphering" anymore.
I will cross my fingers that someone can help.
