@Jeannie In fact, it may just be the visitor's unawareness of how the site works. From past instances I can confirm that the "32 open" questions is a Proz system flaw, which strangely indicates that number while simultaneously stating that Asker has only asked one question.

Not this time It is a real shame that some people do not understand the collaborative nature of kudoz, using it to get free translations without the slightest expression of gratitude for the efforts made in their behalf. My answer to this question would be a recommendation to hire a professional translator, who could give a reliable response and receive fair compensation.
