Poderiam me dar uma ajuda com a expressão “eventuais sub-procedimentos”?
É de uma procuração (para ação de reconhecimento de cidadania).
No original:
... conferindo ao outorgado todos os poderes necessários, podendo, inclusive, substituir e nomear substitutos, além de representar e defender (os outorgantes) em eventuais sub-procedimentos e/ou na fase executiva.
A minha tentativa:
... e conferiscono al mandatario tutti i poteri necessari, compreso quello di sostituire e nominare sostituti, oltre a rappresentarli e difenderli in EVENTUALI SOTTOPROCEDURE e/o nella fase esecutiva.
