El enlace que dejé muestra que minor injuries se usa en Estados Unidos y en Reino Unido al menos. Lo comparé con slight injuries, que aparentemente no se usa porque tiene 0 búsquedas en este último año.

También encontré una página médica del Reino Unido en la que también se habla de minor injuries.
