I am looking for the anglicised version of this term. I can only find references in German when I google. This refers to the part of the horse's neck in the withers area where a dip can sometimes be found (Axthieb in German). Most of the muscles and fasciae translate pretty much the same, but I cannot even find an illustration of this one to give me a clue. Can anyone please help?
A reference can be found in the following link under M.Splenius, but sadly the English translation does not work.
