Where there is no COMPANY or Industry Mutual Hold Harmless, COMPANY shall on the request of CONTRACTOR, with reasonable written notice, advise CONTRACTOR in writing of COMPANY’S OTHER CONTRACTORS who are contracted to perform services at the WORKSITE, giving contact details. If CONTRACTOR identifies any of COMPANY’S OTHER CONTRACTORS who are not bound by the Mutual Waiver and Indemnity undertaking, COMPANY shall use its reasonable endeavours to assist CONTRACTOR to execute a local Mutual Hold Harmless arrangement
