Idler frames are supplied with a small amount of “forward tilt” if required.
Belt tracking is achieved by moving the idler frame on its slotted mounting feet.
Always start with idler frames perpendicular to the conveyor centreline
Do not try to track the belt by moving individual wing idlers in a frame.
