CTR and CPY to inspect each pig and complete a new pig inspection report. The Gauge Plate shall be signed by all parties and photographic evidence taken of each pig

The following information shall be included within the new pig inspection report, (Ref. Appendix A);

• Recovery Pig / ASP serial number
• Transponder serial number
• Transponder unique identification letter
• Condition of pig including support wheels
