This is a payment from NAV, I assume.
I can't really figure outany other reason for NAV to charge a transaction fee other that being to an account in a foreign bank.

Har du ikke norsk bankkonto, kan utbetaling skje til en bank i bostedslandet (vanligvis i lokal valuta). Omkostningene ved overføring til utenlandsk bank vil da bli trukket fra utbetalingen. Gebyrene varierer fra NOK 3 til NOK 5 til konto i utlandet. For utbetaling på sjekk er gebyret NOK 300,-. Eventuelle omkostninger som påløper i den utenlandske mottakerbanken må du betale selv.

Agree that utk is odd Transaksjonsavgift is a given. Bank utk is strange - if it were just withdrawal, they would drop bank and say uttak with no need to abbreviate. Uten konto? Without account? Withdrawal fees are often charged when you don't have an account in the bank used.

I’m not convinced by uttak, seems an odd way of abbreviating it, and it doesn’t make sense in the context given. Something konto??
