So, what are the roles?
Engager.
Responsible for encouraging active participation from everyone,
and keeping the conversation flowing.
An Engager is inclusive, empathetic and diplomatic.
Vocaliser.
Speaks up, raising what we might be thinking but have not said,
no matter how controversial.
A Vocaliser is brave, frank and honest.
Navigator.
Responsible for keeping the meeting on track,
and making sure we meet our objectives.
A Navigator is focused, logical and assertive.
Challenger.
Offers constructive criticism to stress test our thinking,
and suggests alternative solutions.
