@Victoria The Cie is American but the interviewee is Chinese, this is why it's not 100% correct in English, and why it is unclear.

Strange English Is the company from an English-speaking country? Because as it stands, this doesn't make any sense. If "can't wait" is to be interpreted as Hugues suggests, a more grammatically correct version might be, "We can't wait for what we're going to do in the next ten years," but even that is pretty odd. My guess is that a more idiomatic version would be, "We're looking forward to [the things we're going to do in] the next ten years," but the original is so unclear that I may be way off the mark.

Deux possibilités sachant que c'est du sous-titrage, donc exigences au niveau du nombre de caractères et de la visibilité

Moins littéral mais c'est peut-être une piste pour votre traduction.

Je remplace le "on"/"nous" par "vous". Ça me semble d'autant plus accrocheur.

Attendez de voir ce que nous réserve les prochaines années

Je change volontairement de nous à vous pour le début de la phrase, comme la vidéo s'adresse à d'autres personnes (d'où "attendez de voir") car "attendons de voir" serait trop incertain alors que là il semble bien que l'entreprise est plutôt sûre de son futur ; puis "ce que 'nous' réserve" pour revenir à l'entreprise qui parle de son futur. Une façon de donner envie au public cible.

Une proposition qui peut éventuellement vous aider.
