After doing further research, I have found that the word ‘entity’ can also be precisely synonymous with ‘beingness’, so I must therefore agree with Nadia that ‘entity’ is at least an equally suitable choice.
An alternative to ‘beingness (or entity) self-existent in space’ (in my opinion) is: ‘spatially self-existent beingness (or entity)’.
And, as the Internet results for ‘self-existent entity’ are far more than for ‘self-existent beingness’, I think that we must conclude that ‘entity’ is the better word to use in this case.
