Thanks Michael, but I see T&M used in the UK, and cost-plus does seem to be something different as it implies markup.

again (properly), and that would seem to indicate it might actually refer to management.

then again, if the exact text is:

"Regietarieven
De onderstaande tarieven zullen door ons worden gehanteerd voor regie, bijkomende werken en declarabele kosten."

then the “plus” aspect of cost-plus rates may in fact be what is listed there: "regie (here: management), bijkomende werken en declarabele kosten". i.e. there is a fixed price for a particular product/service, plus those 3 things

btw, what's being sold/offered here, and to whom?

re "management" yes, "regie" can mean that too, but I don't think a Dutch person would use the term "regietarieven" in that case, but rather something like "management kosten/tarieven".

cost-plus rates ? as in:

regiecontract = cost-plus contract
in regie bouwen = build on a cost-plus basis
etc.
