See the links for examples. I haven’t had time to check whether the “SUV” part is used in marketing these in the UK. Both versions are used over here.

: SUV = Sport Utility Vehicle. Used on its own in enUS.

Well, the Volvo models and several others at the links are “SUVs” only in the minds of their marketing managers. ;-) They are crossovers long before they earn the SUV title.
