Check the first link. This is simply the tri-glide slide, nothing fancy. And since there is no prong or catch of any kind, it is not a buckle.

Well, the harness consists of a belt, shoulder straps, points of attachment - be they buckles, clamps, or snaps. This will prevent the backpack from bouncing up down while marching or running, making any soldier happy.//Here,5 points refer of attachment.
