Arabic term

تمت البراءة منها

Arabic to English Other General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters tribal agrrement/sanctions
Hi,
The sentence I can not figure out the meaning of it, is a statement by a Head of committee asking to apply sanctions/punishment on someone. He then says: بناء على القرار تمت البراءة منها.
The structure I believe belongs to Lebanese arabic. Anyone familiar?

Please provide sufficient context Rather than explain the Arabic text in English, it would be far more helpful to provide the Arabic text as is. We will figure it out. Provide a sufficient amount of text to bring out the meaning. That could entail previous sentences and/or subsequent sentences.
