French to English Medical Medical (general) blood products

From a series of complaint letters re the French Blood Establishment blood products & batches:

Context:

"L’anomalie signalée est «Au moment de connecter le kit CPIA avec un CPA, découverte d'une particule (poussière) dans le filtre du dispositif»

CPA is Concentré Plaquettaire d'Aphérèse, translated as APC - Apheresis Platelet Concentrate - but I can't find CPIA, or what the I stands for, anywhere
