Mit 'Bracer' ist vermutlich der Quersteg gemeint, der unten angebracht werden muss, damit die beiden Kartenteile nicht einfach nur doof aneinanderklatschen, sondern einen gewissen Abstand zueinander er- und behalten und damit quasi einen Basis zum Schaukeln haben (ich denke da an die Hochzeitsdekoration mit Hochzeitspaar).
Aber was ich mir vorstellen könnte ist, dass es sich vielleicht um Split Pins handelt (diese Heftzwecken mit zwei Armen, die man dann zur Befestigung umbiegt) und dass die Teile einfach zusammengeheftet werden?
