I have this imaging report and I'm stomped with this "nivel denso" part because "dense level" makes no sense to me.
Here's the whole paragraph:
Vesícula biliar con tamaño normal, paredes regulares con grosor normal, contenido hipodenso inhomogéneo y nivel denso lo que puede corresponder a presencia de lodo biliar.
