When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

For example, in the US law on Bankruptcy, we have "Title 11: Bankruptcy. Chapter 1: General Provisions"

: I don't think asker's text is from a Law but from part of the (codified) Criminal Code; "Title" is only suitable for the overall title and is a false friend here

This is for a US context, and what is a code but a compilation of editorialized statutes? The US Code is organized into titles: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text. It gets grittier than that, but I think it's safe to say Title and Chapter work here

: Easiest solution is always to go with the cognates on these things, and since the US uses titles and chapters in its own codes, so much the better.

: Hi Chris. "Title" is by no means a false friend, and it's by far the easiest solution here. The famous US bankruptcy reorganisation provision "Chapter 11" is in fact "Title 11, Chapter 11".

OK Robert but I think you will find the overwhelming majority of translations of civil codes (incl. many US State Codes) use "Part" in preference to "Title"; to me, "title" implies the overall title, i.e. of the Code itself
