This comes amid a list of servitudes.

PS I have no idea why témoins is in the plural.

Is this not.... a permitted use of buildings term (i.e. a broad term that could apply to any kind of business)?

It's not clear It's not clear what they are doing in this property complex. It's mixed use, but you can't really tell much more. The discussion here is helpful: it does appear that the "témoins" are perhaps "recommenders" ...

@ all I was going to say show homes etc. but Tony M beat me to it. However, I don't think the plural changes anything. They are just thinking along the lines of an operation involving several show homes possibly.

@ Asker I would have assumed (until you posted that) this was about 'témoin' in the sense of a 'show home' — so the plural 'témoins' is not an adj. qualifying 'activité', but rather, an 'activité' that involves one or more 'témoins' — presumably satisified customers who will let people see round their flat, etc.
