English to French Science Agriculture Plants

In a book about herbs and plants :

"The bright green leaves and stems of this plant (also known simply as sorrel) come
in three sizes: micro, baby, and large."

I can't find anything about the baby one especially but would also appreciate information about the other two to get it right.
