agree Eliza Hall : All the proposed translations are correct in meaning, but yours is syntactically the closest to the original, since "une bonne cuite" can be the object of a transitive verb.

Ivre mort : complètement ivre, au point d’en perdre connaissance.

On a affaire à une personne qui "n'a rien à perdre", ivre "mort" peut donc convenir...
