Does anyone know if there is a specific medical term to translate this sentence?

I've been interpreting for over six years, and every month the physical therapists I worked with wrote progress notes to the doctors detailing the patient's progress in therapy.


They are also called a Progress Reports or SOAP notes, but I heard progress notes more often.
