when an invoice has this phrase on it, it means that there will not be a separate delivery note, the document is both the invoice and the delivery note. further, as the other answer suggests the use of waybill; please note the difference between the waybill and the delivery note: the former is issued by the carrier, and the latter is issued by the seller/sender. waybill is "taşıma irsaliyesi", as the link suggests.
