English to Norwegian Bus/Financial Finance (general) lønnsberegning
I don't really know what the term means, because I am correcting a translation and the translator translated it as 'Carpenter's fixed salary' and I don't know if I am unfamiliar with the registry, or if the translation is wrong.

Well, when you look at the wage negotiation docs, the kronefaktor is clearly the wage in NOK per hour, and the minuttfaktor is the wage per minute. Even stranger, but it is a word that is actually used in negotiations. And it means the hourly wage in NOK. Kronefaktor and minuttfaktor Cannot be two sides of the same coin. Kronefaktor, to make mathematical sense, should be a time, just like minuttfaktor should be an amount. If it were an hourly wage, there is no excuse for obfuscating by using an obscure term.

When I google this (it was a new word for me, as well), it seems it is also used for plumbers and other manual professions, not only carpenters.
As far as I understand it is the hourly wage. There is also such a thing as "minuttfaktor".
