Granted, "איתתא" is Judeo-Aramaic for "woman," and one consideration is that a man may be assumed to experience greater emotional injury, but the term has "קשה," not "קשה ליה" (or "קשיא ליה"), and there also are non-emotional considerations; see link, note 40.
Grace, I suggest that you be wary of translating rabbinic documents if you're not familiar with the parlance. There are words that mean one thing in Hebrew and another in Judeo-Aramaic, aside from general problems of unfamiliarity.
