Discussion
To set the price of a certain commodity by governmental action is ONLY APPLICABLE within the territory of such country.
If one needs to maintain a certain price level of the said commodity, then you are referring to its export pricing.
Again, no country is capable to define the price of a certain product in a foreign land. e. g. Different taxation, VAT, and freight may apply.
I am not insisting that my answer is right, as I previously mentioned that I was just guessing. But I was quite interested in this question so then I kept following. Hope you won't find this comment offensive.
