个案正确。案例虽能读懂但不准确。这里没有任何引例的意思。
若文档前后有用到别的同义词,比如ticket的翻译领单,比如项目、事项、单项,这里再用都是可以的。没有的话还是个案较妥。若英文的几个同义词所描述的步骤是一样的,最好用同个中文词翻译。
initiated亦是同样道理。initiated这里翻译成提请或申诉、申请。但提请最有可能准确。如果这里用了提请,别的地方同样的概念最好都用提起。
另外刚才注意到另外一个答案中有附加评论说客服件数。这个也是很好。
