French term

Unités Bénéficiaires

French to English Other Law: Taxation & Customs
Hi,

This is in reference to tax payable by companies in France - I believe it refers to some sort of partial tax exemption for employing people with disabilities, but I'm not sure how best to translate it (for UK English).

Here is the paragraph for some context:

En devenant client de XXX, agréée Entreprise Adaptée, vous pouvez bénéficier de l’exonération d’une partie des obligations à la cotisation AGEFIPH ou FIPHFP par la récupération d’Unités Bénéficiaires selon le chiffre d’affaires confié ce qui minore donc le taux de prestation.

My understanding is that the client would benefit from a partial exemption of its AGEFIPH or FIPHFP contributions but I'm unsure of how to translate "Unités Bénéficiaires".

Thanks in advance!

I know that with UK tax, we often talk about "credits" for "units" (or how I am perceiving the units in your case)

beneficiary units

I would offer a literal translation in this context, supported by explanations on reseau gesat.com i.e. beneficiary units
Example sentence:

A beneficiary unit is the full-time equivalent of disabled worker.
