English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

In the event the Lessor terminates the rental period without notice, for reasons within the scope of responsibility of Company X, the lessor is liable for the rental damage incurred by Company Y due to the rented item not being able to be hired or only hired against a low rent for reasons outside the scope of Company Y responsibility. The liability lasts at the latest until the point in time at which X could have legally cancelled the rental relationship. Y reserves the right to assert further claims for damages for which X is responsible.
