I'm wondering exactly what is meant by "de su razón" here. Does it just mean the "in the related file" or "in her file"?
If this is the case, how does it fit with the previous part of the sentence:
"In witness whereof and for all pertinent purposes...."
Is there something missing from the sentence or is there a better way of rendering this?

By all means, trawl through the myriad KudoZ entries for the alternatives, most of which dodge a translation, or feature such gems as 'a grounds file', but I have found that name by analogy with un razón comercial or social of a partnership or company is the only thing that works in the context of actas and expedientes.

It's not "for all pertinent purposes" - I think it's for the pertinent purposes of the specific person the file refers to.

"De su razón" viene a ser equivalente a "a los que se hace referencia (en el escrito presentado)"
... "a los que se refieren los documentos presentados".
