: Yes, I think so. We don't know what kind of organisation this is, but it could be some kind of federation or consortium, or perhaps a company that's wholly or partly state owned.

: Only thing I would add is that "directors" is valid if referring to a "consiglio di amministrazione" of a company. If instead it is a public institution, then "board members" might be more correct.
