Purpose of agreement

1.1 This agreement serves the purpose of services being rendered from X to Y and accounted for.

All of X's services for Y are set forth in writing in service certifi­cates to be attached to this master agreement as Annex 1.

1.2 X undertakes to render to Y the services listed in the service certificates, which describe the nature, scope and specifications of the individ­ uai services to be rendered by X and provide details on performance.
