: Yes, cephalic presentation or head-first delivery (compared to breech delivery) is the "normal" way, because this position is moved into by the end of the third trimester. The forehead may be facing the mother's back or abdomen. I'll add some refs below.

In both anterior and posterior position, the head/chin is pressed against the chest.

With the forehead facing the mother's back (anterior position), the neck and head are then extended as they adapt to the pubic bone.

occiput anterior position (framstupa kronbjudning)
occiput posterior position (vidöppen hjässbjudning)
breech position (sätesbjudning)
(in my opinion, you can choose between presentation, position, birth or delivery, whichever best suits your document)
Then there are the less common "abnormal" presentations (the first two often self-correcting):
face presentation (ansiktsbjudning)
brow presentation (pannbjudning)
transverse lie (tvärläge), usually delivered by caesarean
I am not sure if framstupa nackbjudning is an accepted term, I only found 2 hits for it.

A quick final note on the codes (for reimbursement) Leif has provided.
In Australia O80 is classified as single spontaneous delivery, in the US as full-term uncomplicated delivery.
I hope David has found what he was looking for.
I have found the answer to my question. The bjudningar classification (with codes 0 to 9) comes from ICD8 (Klassifikation av sjukdomar m m 1968 - Systematisk förteckning). I will add them to my reference comment.
Starting 1999, the classification has been simplified to four codes. (Socialstyrelsen, variabel förteckning, 2016-04-27)
Both resources are readily available online.
What still confuses me, is whether all three terms in the asker's question appeared in such close proximity on the form?
Obviously, words have been shortened. Were they handwritten?
Finding only codes specific to Sweden and this might explain it:
