Oi Pessoal,

Poderiam me ajudar com a tradução mais apropriada deste termo? Necessito traduzir um contrato/acordo cujo o título é "TOLLING AND STANDSTILL AGREEMENT".

Logicamente, há varias menções do termo no decorrer do texto, como poderão ver abaixo:

1) This Tolling and Standstill Agreement (“Tolling Agreement”), dated this ____ day of

Personal Representative may file objections and/or otherwise respond to any and all
